According to news sources, an emotionally disturbed 26-year old individual has successfully regained full use of his penis and testicles after cutting them off by himself.
It is understood that the young man was being prescribed medication but had not taken his medication at the time of the incident.

Miraculously, his genitals were reattached 10 hours later. Doctors in Thai Nguyen province, northern Vietnam, claim that such a case was the first in Vietnam.

Severing of both penises and testicles simultaneously are rare in medical history.
